Client Responsibilities

When engaging Cinch HR Solutions for fractional or consultancy services, clients agree to:

  • Ensure that any employee data shared with us has been collected lawfully and that appropriate consents or authorizations are in place.
  • Implement HR recommendations at their own discretion and under their own authority as the employer.
  • Maintain compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations in their jurisdiction.
  • Notify us promptly of any changes in their business that may affect the scope or nature of services.

Cinch HR Solutions acts in an advisory and support capacity. Final HR decisions remain the responsibility of the client as employer.

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary, sensitive, or non-public information shared during the course of an engagement (“Confidential Information”). This includes but is not limited to business strategies, employee data, compensation structures, and organizational details.

  • Cinch HR Solutions will not disclose client Confidential Information to any third party without prior written consent, except as required by law.
  • Clients agree not to disclose any proprietary methods, tools, or processes used by Cinch HR Solutions.
  • Confidentiality obligations survive the termination of any service engagement.
Formal engagements may include a separate Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA). Please contact us if you require one before sharing sensitive information.

Payment Terms
